As an intern

In nego­tia­ti­on manage­ment, you sup­port the team relia­bly and inde­pendent­ly in the pre­pa­ra­ti­on and imple­men­ta­ti­on of con­sul­ta­ti­ons and trai­ning ses­si­ons. You are actively invol­ved, think for yours­elf and like to fami­lia­ri­ze yours­elf with new topics.

Your tasks:

• Pre­pa­ra­ti­on and pro­ces­sing of docu­ments on nego­tia­ti­on stra­te­gies and tech­ni­ques
• Sup­port in the orga­niza­ti­on and imple­men­ta­ti­on of online nego­tia­ti­on trai­ning cour­ses
• Col­la­bo­ra­ti­on in the plan­ning and imple­men­ta­ti­on of con­sul­ting pro­jects and web­i­nars
• Inde­pen­dent rese­arch and ana­ly­sis of nego­tia­ti­on topics and cus­to­mer pro­jects
• Crea­ti­on of pre­sen­ta­ti­ons and trai­ning mate­ri­als
• Sup­port in par­ti­ci­pant manage­ment and the orga­niza­ti­on of vir­tu­al events
• Manage­ment and main­ten­an­ce of cus­to­mer data and pro­ject docu­men­ta­ti­on

Orga­niza­tio­nal mat­ters:

• Remo­te intern­ship (home office)
• Part-time or full-time (can be arran­ged fle­xi­bly)
• Remu­ne­ra­ti­on: 520 € per month
• Start date: imme­dia­te­ly

Your requi­re­ments:

• Enthu­si­asm for the topics of nego­tia­ti­on, com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and con­sul­ting
• Good writ­ten and spo­ken Ger­man and Eng­lish skills
• Orga­niza­tio­nal talent and a struc­tu­red way of working
• High degree of per­so­nal respon­si­bi­li­ty and relia­bi­li­ty
• Inte­rest in deve­lo­ping yours­elf in a dyna­mic envi­ron­ment
• Initi­al expe­ri­ence or a degree in busi­ness admi­nis­tra­ti­on, com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on or psy­cho­lo­gy is an advan­ta­ge
