As an assistant in the back office, you keep the team’s back free and ensure smooth day-to-day business. You provide reliable and committed support and familiarize yourself with various topics.
Your tasks
- Processing of bookings, contracts and invoices
- Receivables management
- Check invoices and transferred
- Appointment coordination
- Communication with customers, suppliers, service providers
- Preparing and organizing events
- Optimize administrative processes
- Support and solve problems
Organizational
- Full time (40 hours/week)
- On site in our office in Kirchheim unter Teck
Your requirements
- Excellent written and spoken German
